Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled **Internal Audit Supervisor** to lead audit engagements, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide strategic recommendations to management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities * **Audit planning**: Develop and execute risk\-based internal audit plans. * **Team leadership**: Supervise and mentor audit staff, ensuring quality and efficiency. * **Risk assessment**: Identify and evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks. * **Reporting**: Prepare clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations. * **Compliance monitoring**: Ensure adherence to Bahraini regulations, internal policies, and international standards. * **Process improvement**: Recommend enhancements to internal controls and operational practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred. * Minimum 5–7 years of auditing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal control frameworks, and Bahraini regulatory requirements. * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
