




Summary: This role involves managing and engaging with drivers, overseeing field operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Highlights: 1. Primary point of contact for driver communications and relationship building 2. Monitor driver attendance and resolve field operational challenges 3. Enforce company standards and coordinate driver training programs Driver Management \& Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, handling approximately 80% of daily driver communications. Build and maintain strong trust\-based relationships with driver cohorts through consistent engagement and support. Coach drivers on performance, behavior, and compliance to improve overall service quality. Attendance \& Field Operations Monitor driver attendance and manage attendance exceptions. Handle field escalations and resolve on\-ground operational challenges promptly. Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately with corrective action plans. Standards \& Compliance Enforce company standards related to hygiene, behavior, and service quality. Coordinate driver training and retraining programs as per account or client requirements. Ensure drivers adhere to platform, client, and company policies. Pay: BD500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
