Role Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Treasury Supervisor** to oversee daily treasury operations, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in treasury management. Key Responsibilities * **Cash flow management**: Monitor and forecast company cash positions to ensure liquidity. * **Banking relations**: Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. * **Risk management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks related to treasury operations. * **Investment oversight**: Support investment decisions and ensure compliance with policies. * **Reporting**: Prepare treasury reports, cash forecasts, and performance analyses for management. * **Team supervision**: Lead and mentor junior treasury staff to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments. * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage.
