Promotes teamwork and collaboration within a maintenance group. **Maintenance Job Responsibilities:** * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure proper performance and reliability of equipment and building systems. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to restore systems to safe and operational condition. * Support and perform chiller breakdown troubleshooting and repair, including fault identification, corrective maintenance, and verification of proper system operation. * Apply comprehensive HVAC system knowledge, including familiarity with HVAC components and how systems and controls interact to deliver heating, cooling, and ventilation performance. * Perform and/or coordinate electrical and electronic maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, replacement of defective components, and safe restoration of power and controls. * Conduct plumbing and related works, including repairs and maintenance of water supply, drainage, fixtures, valves, leaks, and associated components. * Support maintenance of kitchen equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance to ensure safe operation and readiness for daily use. * Maintain accurate and complete records of maintenance activities, including repairs completed, parts replaced, service dates, petty cash and relevant findings. * Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and site safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. * Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and relevant departments regarding maintenance requests, job status, progress, and any identified issues. * Properly maintain and care for tools and equipment, including cleaning, inspection, calibration (as applicable), and reporting damaged or defective tools. * Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, manufacturer recommendations, and internal company policies. * Continuously support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve system reliability. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen technical capability and stay current with best practices and operational requirements. * Promote teamwork and collaboration by working effectively within the maintenance group and assisting colleagues when needed. * Be available to extend duty hours as required by maintenance demand, including responding to breakdowns, meeting operational requirements, and supporting planned maintenance schedules during peak workload periods.
