Description

Summary: Assist and advise guests, manage reservations, process payments, resolve booking issues, and promote reservation services, including up-selling additional options. Highlights: 1. Assisting and advising guests on various options 2. Making reservations based on guest requirements 3. Resolving booking and reservation issues **ARABIC SPEAKER** Assisting and advising guests who may be choosing from a variety of options. Make reservations for guests based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. Selling and promoting reservation services. Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process. Up\-selling, when appropriate by informing guests of additional services or special packages. Pay: BD200\.000 \- BD250\.000 per hour Work Location: In person
