**Job Title:** Project Manager (Project Lead) **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Key Responsibilities:** * Own overall project management and governance. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans. * Establish project charters, reporting frameworks, and risk logs. * Lead weekly and monthly progress reviews and provide status reporting to leadership. * Manage scope, budget, and timeline across multiple workstreams and vendor sub\-teams. * Drive issue and risk management by maintaining risk/issue registers and mitigation plans. * Implement change control procedures. * Act as the primary liaison to leadership and steering committees. **Requirements:** * Proven project leadership experience on large\-scale IT implementations. * Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. * Expertise in risk and issue management, as well as change control. * Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred for local engagement. * Familiarity with public\-sector or tax authority projects is an advantage.
