Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams **Position: Structural Engineer** **Company Overview** **BENYAN Engineering** is a Bahrain\-based engineering consultancy providing structural, civil, architectural, and project management services for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments. **About the Role** As a Structural Engineer, you will design, analyze, and evaluate structural systems for a variety of construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and code\-compliant structural designs from concept through construction. **What You'll Do?** * Design reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures. * Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations. * Prepare structural drawings, reports, specifications, and technical documentation. * Review architectural drawings and coordinate designs with project teams. * Conduct structural assessments and recommend repair or strengthening solutions. * Ensure compliance with Bahrain building regulations and international design standards. * Attend site inspections and resolve structural engineering issues. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. **What We're Looking For?** **Essential** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. * Registration with Bahrain's CRPEP (minimum Category C). * Experience in structural design within an engineering consultancy. * Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar software. * Knowledge of ACI, BS, Eurocode, or other international design standards. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred** * Experience across residential, commercial, or industrial projects. * Site inspection and construction supervision experience. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams. **Why Join BENYAN Engineering?** Join a growing engineering consultancy involved in diverse and challenging projects across Bah Pay: From BD1,300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
