




**Key Responsibilities** * Enforce and oversee implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work in accordance with company standards and statutory regulations. * Carry out routine site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification to ensure compliance and recommend corrective actions where required. * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near\-misses; prepare detailed investigation reports and monitor implementation of corrective and preventive measures. * Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training programs for employees and subcontractors. * Monitor and ensure correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety rules on site. * Assist in the development and review of HSE documents including risk assessments, method statements, and emergency preparedness plans. * Liaise with project teams, supervisors, and contractors to promote a positive safety culture and safe working environment. * Maintain accurate HSE records, statistics, reports, and performance metrics. * Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. * 3–5 years of proven experience as an HSE Engineer in construction, facilities management, industrial, or similar sectors. * NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSH certification is preferred / mandatory. * Strong understanding of local and international HSE laws, standards, and best practices. * Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to deliver effective safety training and promote HSE awareness across all levels. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
