Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models and industry trends We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Motorcycle Sales \& Service Salesman with 2–4 years of experience in motorcycle sales and after\-sales service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting motorcycle sales, service packages, and spare parts while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting motorcycles based on their needs and budget. * Promote and sell motorcycles, service packages, accessories, and genuine spare parts. * Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing, and warranty information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Follow up with customers after purchase to encourage repeat business and service appointments. * Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely maintenance and repairs. * Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation accurately. * Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of motorcycle models, promotions, and industry trends. * Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are displayed professionally. Qualifications * 2–4 years of experience in motorcycle sales, automotive sales, or motorcycle service sales. * High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage). * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment. * Valid driver's license (preferred). * Knowledge of motorcycle brands, maintenance services, and spare parts is an advantage.
