




We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Accounts Manager** to oversee our company’s financial operations, manage accounting processes, and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead day\-to\-day financial activities. **Key Responsibilities: Financial Management** * Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and payroll coordination. * Manage company cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. **Accounting \& Compliance** * Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. * Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. * Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. **Invoice \& Billing** * Handle client billing, invoice generation, and payment follow\-ups. * Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection. **Reporting \& Analysis** * Provide financial reports and analysis to management. * Identify variances and suggest corrective actions. **Team Coordination** * Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Management for financial\-related tasks. * Should have knowledge about Bahrain Accounting and Taxation.
