Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations. Highlights: 1. Maintain accurate employee records and respond to HR policy queries. **Job Summary** We are looking for a motivated **Junior HR Executive** to support our HR team in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be **based in Bahrain**, **able to join immediately**, and have a **basic understanding of Bahrain Labour Law** to ensure compliance in day\-to\-day HR activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the **recruitment process**, including posting job vacancies on **Indeed**, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Support onboarding processes, including preparation of **offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities**. * Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with **Bahrain Labour Law**. * Assist in managing attendance, leave, and payroll\-related documentation. * Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor regulations. * Support HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. * Help prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or related field. * 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support. * **Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law**, visa/work permit regulations, and HR compliance. * Experience posting jobs on **Indeed** or other online recruitment platforms is preferred. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * **Immediate availability** and residence in Bahrain. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with **HRIS/ATS systems**.
