Develop and execute strategic sales plans About the Role Our client, a well\-established logistics and supply chain solutions provider in Bahrain, is seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented **Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)** to drive business growth and expand its customer portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in logistics sales, strong market knowledge within Bahrain and the GCC, and the ability to build long\-term relationships with key clients. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. * Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and integrated logistics services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners. * Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and account management. * Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements. * Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. * Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. * Represent the company at networking events, trade exhibitions, and client meetings. * Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum **5 years of sales experience** in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, or supply chain services. * Strong knowledge of Bahrain and GCC logistics markets. * Proven ability to generate new business and manage key customer accounts. * Experience in air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing services is highly desirable. * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Skills \& Competencies * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities. * Self\-motivated with a results\-driven mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Strong organisational and time management skills.
