Monitor project costs and handle variations and payments We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for cost management, quantity measurement, tendering, and contract administration for construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take\-offs. * Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Manage tender documents and evaluate quotations. * Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports. * Handle variations, interim payments, and final accounts. * Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Relevant experience in construction projects. * Knowledge of cost control, estimation, and contract procedures. * Proficiency in MS Excel and QS\-related software is preferred. * Good communication and negotiation skills.
