Opportunities for training and career growth **The Role** We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated **Kitchen Preparation** to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our back\-of\-house operations, responsible for executing daily food preparation tasks with speed, accuracy, and discipline. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be vital in ensuring the high quality and consistency of our menu. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Core Preparation:** Execute daily, high\-volume prep tasks for both cold and hot sections, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and making dressings and garnishes according to established recipes. * **Quality \& Consistency:** Follow all recipes and portion control standards precisely to ensure consistent quality in every batch. * **Food Safety \& Storage:** Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation protocols. This includes labeling, dating, and storing all items using FIFO (First\-In, First\-Out) rotation standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times. * **Team Collaboration:** Communicate effectively with senior chefs and the rest of the kitchen team. Support the team by preparing backups and assisting with handovers during peak service hours. * **Operational Discipline:** Maintain a fast pace under pressure while consistently delivering high\-quality work.
