Our focus is on delivering high\-quality developers and fast hiring solutions to companies in need of technical expertise. **What You’ll Do** * Represent a **U.S.\-based developer profile** in client interactions * Attend technical interviews and meetings with clients * Communicate confidently and professionally in English Either: * Work directly on development projects, OR * Manage communication while delegating technical tasks to developers **What We’re Looking For** **English Proficiency (Critical)** * Native or near\-native English (US/UK standard) * Strong grammar, vocabulary, and clear pronunciation * Neutral or US/UK\-style accent preferred **Technical Background** * Experience with **React** and **Python** is a plus * Minimum **3\+ years in IT industry** * Ability to handle technical discussions using available support tools (AI tools allowed during interviews) **Availability** * Must be available during **U.S. working hours** * Flexibility to join meetings on short notice (preferred) **Important Note** This role may require you to attend interviews using a **different (U.S.\-based) professional profile**.
