Roles & Responsibilities * Preparing tenders as per the tender specification and drawings. * Quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions. * Preparing the variation based on changes between tender design to IFC design & RFI. * Monitor the project expenses vs project budget. * Preparing the material submittals, shop drawings for consultant approval. * Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients/subcontractors. Requirements * 3+ years of relevant experience. * Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. * Pre/Post tender works – variation & valuation. * Strong knowledge of MEP system projects. * Gulf experience in construction field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month
