**Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and update Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP drawings using BIM software * Develop and maintain discipline\-specific BIM models as per project requirements * Assist in model coordination and basic clash detection using Navisworks * Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models * Ensure drawings comply with project standards and BIM guidelines * Coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators for design updates **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field * 2–4 years of experience as a BIM Draftsman or CAD/BIM Modeler * Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks is an advantage) * Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications * Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
