The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience building scalable applications, and the ability to collaborate with development teams to deliver reliable technology solutions. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field * Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar senior software development role * Strong knowledge of Python programming and software development principles * Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar is an advantage * Knowledge of databases, APIs, and backend system development * Experience with software architecture, testing, and performance optimization * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with technical teams Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python\-based applications * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code * Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations * Analyze requirements and create effective technical solutions * Perform code reviews and improve development standards * Troubleshoot software issues and optimize application performance * Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project teams * Maintain technical documentation and development processes Pay: Up to BD1,061\.870 per month Work Location: In person
