Key responsibility: 1\. Design staff uniform concepts, including shirts, trousers, jackets, and accessories, tailored to client specifications and branding guidelines. 2\. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand branding requirements, industry standards, and functional needs of staff uniforms. 3\. Create detailed technical sketches and mood boards for approval. 4\. Develop visual branding elements for uniforms such as logos, embroidery placements, and color schemes. 5\. Ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing, considering fabric, cut, and printing/embroidery techniques. 6\. Prepare detailed design files and specifications for production. 7\. Develop mockups and prototypes to present to clients. 8\. Maintain consistency in design quality and branding standards across multiple projects. 9\.
