This role involves managing technical staff, coordinating service operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical services, maintenance, or engineering, including supervisory experience. Professional certifications are an advantage. Skills \& Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities. Project and service management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer\-focused mindset. Budget planning and resource management. Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
