




Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst Location: Bahrain – Locally Available Candidates Only We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented "Helpdesk Analyst" to join our IT support team. The Key Responsibilities: \- Resolve Level 1 end\-user IT issues, including account management and access problems. \- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral/device issues. \- Assist with new user onboarding and guide adoption of new technologies. \- Provide remote or in\-person support using helpdesk tools. Requirements: \- 1–2 years of experience in helpdesk or IT support. \- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
