Career growth opportunities We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer\-oriented Hostess to join our Food \& Beverage team. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. * Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments efficiently. * Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. * Coordinate with service staff to optimize table turnover and guest flow. * Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations. * Maintain an organized reception and waiting area. * Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrivals to the service team. * Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary. * Promote a positive image of the brand and uphold company service standards. * Assist with special events, promotions, and operational requirements as needed. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations, or similar role within restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality venues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy service periods. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage. * Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage. Preferred Qualities * Passion for hospitality and guest service. * Friendly and approachable personality. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Team\-oriented with a proactive attitude.
