Engage with clients to create tailored kitchen solutions A leading kitchen company is currently looking for a qualified **Interior Designer / Sales Executive** for its **kitchen division**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or higher (professional certificates are a plus). * 3\+ years of experience in a similar role. * Interior Design background or experience in **kitchen design and sales**. * Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers and clients. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Meet with Clients to discuss and determine kitchen design requirements. * Advise Clients on kitchen design factors such as space planning, layout, use of fittings, appliances, and color coordination. * Develop and interpret Clients’ needs into rough kitchen layout plans. * Use computer\-aided design software (such as CAD, 3DMax, or other design software) to create models and visuals of kitchen designs. * Prepare detailed plans, diagrams, and sketches for kitchen construction, finishes, lighting, fittings, and accessories. * Research and decide on suitable kitchen materials, fittings, and product sourcing. * Estimate material requirements and costs, and present proposals to Clients for approval. * Coordinate and correspond with suppliers for kitchen materials, fittings, and appliances. * Inspect and supervise kitchen installation work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project deadlines. * Resolve technical issues or site\-related challenges during kitchen execution. * Conduct site visits and coordinate with installers and contractors as necessary. * Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors to ensure proper kitchen integration. * Report to Management as and when required. * Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
