We are seeking a service\-oriented **Bellman** to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with luggage, provide information about facilities, and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional manner * Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their apartments * Provide information about services and amenities * Coordinate with front desk. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas * Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage * Good communication and customer service skills * Physically fit and able to handle luggage * Well\-groomed with a positive attitude * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic English skills required (additional languages are a plus) Job Type: Full\-time
