In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do. **Key Responsibilities \& Accountabilities:** * Analyze customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals. * Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for DCP, BMS, Infrastructure and Utilities Automation projects. * Review project requirements and develop fit\-for\-purpose solutions covering automation, control systems, monitoring systems, and E\&I scope. * Prepare Bill of Materials, technical compliance documents, technical and commercial proposals. * Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure cost optimized technical alignment with customer requirements. * Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations, perform bid comparisons, and concluding commercial negotiations. * Assist in defining Sales Stage system architecture, networking requirements, integration scope, and project execution strategy. * Participate in technical clarification meetings (Prebid/Post Bid), bid reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering discussions with Internal Stakeholders and External customer/End Users. * Ensure timely and High\-quality submission of proposals while maintaining competitiveness and profitability. * Stay updated with industry trends, UAE market requirements, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. **Qualification and Experience:** * Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field. * 10\-15 years of experience in Sales Support, Estimation, Proposal Engineering, or System Solutions within the Building Services, Infrastructure, Utilities, or Automation industry. * Proven experience in District Cooling Plant (DCP), Building Management Systems (BMS), Infrastructure, Smart City, Water Utilities, Irrigation, or Metro projects. * Strong experience in Electrical \& Instrumentation (E\&I) estimation, including field instrumentation, control panels, PLC/SCADA systems, networking, cabling, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as P\&IDs, control philosophies, BOQs, single\-line diagrams, instrument lists, and system architecture drawings. * Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging proposal submission schedules. * Experience with Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Yokogawa, or equivalent automation/BMS platforms will be an added advantage. **Competencies:** * Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio and power point presentation * Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC, Profibus, HART, and Ethernet\-based industrial networks. * Understanding of UAE/KSA/GCC infrastructure standards, project specifications, and EPC project execution requirements. * Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross\-functional team environment. * Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. * Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. * Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously. * Customer\-focused mindset with a proactive approach to delivering competitive and high\-quality proposals. **Skills:** * Excellent Interpersonal skill required. * Very Good communication in English.
