We are seeking an experienced **Financial Controller** to manage and oversee the financial operations of our diverse businesses, including **real estate, restaurants, and other ventures**. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS/GAAP, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in real estate and restaurant businesses. * Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and local regulatory compliance. * Experience with financial software and ERP systems. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong leadership and communication abilities. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CFA is a plus.
