Role \& Responsibilities As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for: * Preparing high\-quality espresso\-based and specialty coffee beverages with consistency. * Leading and mentoring junior baristas to improve their skills and efficiency. * Monitoring daily operations on the coffee bar, ensuring smooth workflow. * Managing stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and related supplies. * Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area. * Suggesting improvements for menu innovation and seasonal specials. * Providing excellent customer service and enhancing the café experience. * Supporting the management team in training, performance reviews, and daily planning. Requirements * Minimum 3–4 years of barista experience (specialty coffee preferred). * Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and grinder calibration. * Leadership skills with the ability to train and guide junior staff. * Passion for customer service and attention to detail. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours. * Positive attitude and team\-oriented mindset.
