The role will provide dedicated support to sales opportunities related to Process Digital Twin, Operator Training Simulator, Plant Dynamic Simulation, Steady State Simulation, Energy Management, Asset Analytics \& Business Intelligence ensuring uninterrupted delivery and consistent proposal quality. **Key Business Objectives Supported** * Maintain Digital Solutions proposal workload balance and continuity. * Ensure uninterrupted technical and commercial support for ongoing and new Digital Solutions opportunities. * Provide focused expertise across defined solution domains, avoiding dilution of technical depth and business value articulation. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead solution design and technical architecture for Digital Solutions proposals. * Support end\-to\-end proposal development, including technical write\-ups, compliance, and clarifications. * Develop and articulate business value propositions aligned with customer operational and financial objectives. * Prepare costing, sizing, and estimation for Digital Solutions offerings. * Support sales strategy and opportunity positioning in coordination with sales and business development teams. * Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of proposals across assigned solution domains. * Participate in solution presentation to our valued customers. **Required Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory). * 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial digital / optimization solutions or process / operations engineering, * To have working knowledge of Hysys / Petro\-SIM and/or other process simulation software. * Experience in basic engineering, FEED, and detail engineering projects * Strong understanding of process operations, plant simulations, energy management, digital twins \& industrial asset analytics. * Strong understanding of process documents including but not limited to PFDs, HMBs, P\&IDs, Simulation Studies \& Control Narrative etc. * A strong understanding of Distributed Control System (DCS) \& Emergency Shutdown System (ESD). * Experience in solution design, proposal engineering, and techno\-commercial evaluation, will be an additional benefit. * Working experience with Yokogawa Digital Solution products is a plus. **Key Skills** * Process Digital Twin, Energy Management, and Asset / Process Analytics. * Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML). * Advanced Process Control (APC) and Multivariable Control (MVC) understanding * Multi\-project / opportunity coordination and technical leadership capabilities. * Strong technical documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills * Proposal engineering and commercial structuring. * Business value articulation and customer\-focused solution positioning. * Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
