We are seeking a Videographer / Content Creator who is responsible for producing high\-quality video and visual content that aligns with our brand identity, engages our audience, and supports marketing and communication goals. This role involves end\-to\-end production, including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, ads, YouTube) * Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize content ideas that support brand and campaign objectives * Capture compelling footage including interviews, behind\-the\-scenes, product showcases, tutorials, and events * Edit videos using appropriate styles, pacing, music, sound design, and graphics to enhance storytelling * Create short\-form and long\-form content tailored for each platform (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube videos) * Manage lighting, audio, and camera setup during shoots (in studio or on location) * Maintain organized file management and version control of all video assets * Stay updated with trends in video content, formats, and social platform algorithms * Occasionally assist with still photography, graphics, or other media content creation * Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity **Qualifications** * 2–4 years of experience in videography, content creation, or related media production * Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve * Strong filming skills with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment * Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, compression, and platform requirements * Experience creating content specifically for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) * Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or Canva Pro is a plus) * Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively * Portfolio or demo reel showcasing past video and content work required * Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong) Send your CV to hr@oneelevenbh.com Job Type: Full\-time
