Summary: We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to supervise landscape and outdoor construction projects, manage site activities, and ensure project adherence to specifications and schedules. Highlights: 1. Supervise and monitor landscape and hardscape projects 2. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform quantity take-offs 3. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our landscape contracting team. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising landscape and outdoor construction projects, preparing BOQs, coordinating site activities, and ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor daily site activities for landscape and hardscape projects. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform quantity take\-offs. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Review technical drawings and provide on\-site technical support. * Monitor project progress and prepare site reports. * Verify completed work quantities and support project documentation. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements. * Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Valid Engineering License issued by CRPEP. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. * Experience in site supervision, BOQ preparation, and quantity take\-offs. * Experience in landscape, hardscape, or outdoor construction projects is preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel \& Word). * Strong communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
