The role involves regular travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) to support client locations. ◾ Requirements: \- Education: Graduate in Science or Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering (ICT or related field) with relevant technical certifications. ◾Skills: \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player. \- Customer\-centric mindset with a passion for delivering technology services. \- In\-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure with hands\-on experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting. \- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to KSA for on\-site assignments.
