**Duties \& Responsibilities (ITIL compliance)** * Network engineer with more than 2 years of experience in Cisco products, Firewalls products. * Maintain and support Cisco platform, Palo Alto Firewall, packet shaper. * Managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure * Support all network devices according to appendix C, D, and E. * Implementing and overseeing network security measures. * Planning for network scalability and performance optimization. * VoIP and IP Telephony support * New project analysis and IT bill of quantity preparation. * Collaborating with vendors for telephony solutions. * Maintaining documentation of Network configurations, procedures, and best practices. * Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Network infrastructure and maintain100% availability. **Skills \& Qualifications** * Cisco Certified * Another network professional certification. * VoIP Cisco switches configuration and operation tasks skills **Important Note: preferred for Bahrainis but open for Expats** Job Type: Full\-time
