A reputed construction company in **Bahrain** is seeking an experienced **Civil Project Engineer** to join its team. The ideal candidate will have solid **GCC experience** in **high\-rise building projects**, with the ability to manage site operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure quality execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage the daily site activities of high\-rise construction projects * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery * Monitor construction progress, track milestones, and prepare progress reports * Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, standards, and safety protocols * Assist in material planning, manpower management, and subcontractor coordination * Identify and resolve technical issues on site * Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts **Requirements:** * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** in civil engineering within the GCC * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** (mandatory) * Proven experience working on **high\-rise building construction projects** * Strong understanding of structural works, finishing activities, and site execution * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications * Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **MS Office**, and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
