Collaborative team environment We are looking for a professional, flexible, and service\-oriented Waiter / Bartender to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in elevated dining, fine dining, upscale restaurants, or premium hospitality environments, with a strong understanding of professional table service and beverage service. We are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast\-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities * Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service to guests. * Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently explain menu items. * Deliver food and beverages according to elevated dining service standards. * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards. * Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, beverages, and daily offerings. * Ensure tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment are maintained to a high standard. * Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests. * Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and wider restaurant team to ensure smooth service. * Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. * Follow all company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures. * Be flexible and willing to support different areas of the operation when required. Requirements * Previous experience as a Waiter, Bartender, or Waiter/Bartender in an upscale or elevated dining environment. * Experience in fine dining, premium restaurants, luxury hospitality, or high\-end F\&B is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of food and beverage service. * Bartending and beverage knowledge is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Well\-presented, professional, and guest\-focused. * Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods. * Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. * Must be locally available in Bahrain. * Must be flexible with working hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the operation.
