It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us. **About the location:** On an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with its unique architecture, has become an iconic landmark that soars as a destination in its own right, combining the best of a beach holiday and an urban getaway. **About the role** The Director of PR will be responsible for supports the development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, including the annual public relations plan. A key focus will be on enhancing the hotel’s digital presence through the website, e\-newsletters, and other electronic marketing tools. **What you will do** * Develop innovative publicity strategies to boost awareness and positive perception of the hotel, spa, culinary offerings, services, and team members. * Align programs with the marketing plan and leverage spontaneous opportunities. * Maximize media exposure through strategic editorial pitches and research, targeting key feeder markets. * Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. * Assist in crafting and executing a comprehensive annual PR plan aligned with the hotel’s marketing strategy, including segment strategies and key initiatives. * Utilize electronic marketing platforms to enhance visibility, including eNewsletters, email broadcasts, customized mini\-sites, and other digital opportunities. * Maintain an up\-to\-date image and video library. * Ensure the Hotel’s website is current and aligned with corporate standards, optimizing visual content for media coverage. * Adhere to Four Seasons’ sales and marketing standards while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. * Ensure all promotional content advertising, direct mail, and collateral reflects Four Seasons’ brand image and maintains high standards of professionalism. **What you bring** * Must have experience as a Director of Public Relations role within a luxury hotel environment to be considered for this position. * Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. * Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR and marketing strategies * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Advanced media relations and crisis communication experience * Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics * Strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment * Familiarity with graphic design and production processes is a plus * Tech\-savvy with knowledge of CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management
