##### **ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:** * Master's degree (MA) or higher in Arabic Language, Linguistics, or TAFL. * Native competency in Arabic language and fluency in English is required. * A minimum of three (3\) years of proven experience teaching Arabic to non\-native speakers, with demonstrated experience specifically in adult education, or continuing education. ##### **DESIRED CRITERIA:** * Deliver engaging and effective Arabic language instruction to non\-native speakers in our continuing education programs, accommodating various proficiency levels and learner goals. * Demonstrated expertise in teaching methodologies. * Strong interpersonal and cross\-cultural communication skills, with an ability to engage and motivate adult learners. * Proficiency in integrating technology and authentic materials into classroom instruction. * Experience in developing course outlines or program content for continuing education. * Familiarity with various language assessment tools for adult learners.
