Manage engineering teams, oversee project execution, and drive continuous improvement in line with company objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead engineering teams and technical projects * Oversee plant engineering and maintenance activities * Improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency * Manage budgets, schedules, and project performance * Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field * 3\+ years of engineering or industrial experience * Strong leadership and project management skills * Knowledge of engineering standards and maintenance practices * Excellent analytical and communication skills Pay: BD2,800\.000 \- BD4,000\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Askar
