




**Role Overview:** Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project\-related and administrative documents. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents in both digital and physical formats. * Ensure documents are filed, labeled, and stored according to company procedures. * Track, update, and control document versions, revisions, and approvals. * Distribute documents to relevant departments and ensure timely retrieval. * Prepare, update, and maintain logs, registers, and documentation records. * Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information. * Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for document submissions. * Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and completeness. * Support project teams by providing required documents on time. * Manage document archiving and retrieval processes. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Experience as a Document Controller or in an administrative role. * Strong organizational and file\-management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Familiarity with document control systems or DMS software (preferred). * Good communication and coordination skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to handle confidential information professionally. * Strong time\-management and multitasking abilities. **Preferred Qualifications (Optional):** * Experience in construction, engineering, oil \& gas, or corporate environments. * Knowledge of ISO documentation standards. * Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and archiving systems.
