The Interior Designer will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, from concept development to final implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** · Design and plan interior spaces that align with client needs, budget, and project scope. · Develop detailed design concepts, including mood boards, color palettes, and material selections. · Create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. · Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. · Source and select furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories while ensuring quality and cost\-effectiveness. · Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs. · Oversee project implementation to ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets. · Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions. **Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. · Proven experience as an Interior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio. · Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit). · Excellent creativity, visualization, and attention to detail. · Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. · Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices. **Work Environment:** · This role may require site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with cross\-functional teams. · Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.
