





**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute day\-to\-day site activities to ensure work progress aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. * Coordinate and monitor civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Inspect and verify materials, workmanship, and installation processes to maintain project quality. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, highlighting key achievements and issues. * Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and coordination issues. * Support project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring resources are effectively utilized. * Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. * Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, and company procedures. * Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials on site to maintain productivity and cost efficiency. * Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5\-7 years of professional experience in the GCC, with exposure to building or infrastructure projects. * Strong technical understanding of civil and structural construction practices. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office applications. * Excellent knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Strong leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with safety regulations and QA/QC procedures. * GCC experience and a valid driving license are highly preferred.
