Responsibilities * Supervise daily production and factory workers. * Monitor production quality, output, and workflow. * Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards are followed. * Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams. * Maintain production records and report operational issues. * Assist with staff training and production planning. Requirements * 3\+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar factory environment. * Previous supervisory experience preferred. * Good leadership and communication skills. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
