Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks **Join Our Construction Team \| Bahrain** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Procurement \& Admin Coordinator** to support purchasing activities and administrative coordination within our construction operations. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate purchase requests and follow up on procurement requirements * Source construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables * Obtain and compare supplier quotations * Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery, and payment terms * Prepare and process **Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, GRNs, and invoices** * Maintain supplier records, purchase registers, quotation comparisons, and delivery trackers * Coordinate with site teams and stores to ensure timely material availability * Follow up on pending orders and deliveries * Assist with inventory and material tracking * Maintain organized procurement and administrative documentation * Support the team with day\-to\-day administrative and coordination tasks Requirements * 2–3 years of experience in **construction purchasing/procurement or administration** * Construction industry background is required * Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers * Strong coordination and follow\-up skills * Good communication and negotiation abilities * Proficiency in **MS Office and Excel** * Candidates currently available in Bahrain are preferred Work Location: In person
