Summary: Support accelerator operations and events, coordinating logistics and contributing to a seamless experience for founders, mentors, and partners. Highlights: 1. Strong professional network within innovation and entrepreneurship What You'll Do Support the planning and execution of accelerator workshops, networking events, Demo Days, and community activities. Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, registration, scheduling, catering, and vendor communication. Assist with day\-to\-day accelerator operations to ensure a seamless experience for founders, mentors, and partners. Prepare event materials, presentations, attendee lists, and operational documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, mentors, and ecosystem partners before and during events. Welcome and support attendees, ensuring a professional and engaging event experience. Track event timelines, action items, and operational deliverables. Help improve operational processes and contribute to creating an exceptional founder experience. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or holding a degree in business, event management, hospitality, operations, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools. Previous experience organizing events, student activities, conferences, or community initiatives is a plus. What You'll Gain Hands\-on experience planning and delivering startup ecosystem events.
