Summary: Seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join the Construction Department, focusing on schedule development, monitoring, and reporting for construction projects. Highlights: 1. Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel skills We are looking for an experienced **Planning Engineer** to join our Construction Department on an immediate basis. **Position:** Planning Engineer **Experience:** 3–7 years **Industry:** Construction **Project Experience:** Villas / High\-Rise Building Projects **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management **Languages:** Good command of English \& Hindi **Location:** Bahrain Key Requirements: * Strong experience in developing and updating **baseline schedules, WBS and master programs** * Good knowledge of **Critical Path Method (CPM)** and resource loading/leveling * Ability to monitor site progress and identify **schedule delays and variances** * Experience preparing **daily, weekly and monthly progress reports** * Good understanding of construction sequencing and site execution * Knowledge of material procurement, subcontractor progress and site constraints * Familiarity with **EVM, productivity tracking and cost monitoring** * Understanding of **FIDIC, EOT and claims support** * Strong working knowledge of **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project** * Advanced **MS Excel** skills, including dashboards and S\-curves * Ability to read and interpret **Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings** **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.** Work Location: In person
