Build and nurture strong client relationships We are seeking an energetic, customer\-focused Real Estate \& Property Management Consultant to join our boutique team in Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for property viewings, client negotiations, lease management, and overseeing day\-to\-day property maintenance for our managed portfolios. Key Responsibilities 1\. Property Leasing \& Sales Actively market residential properties (apartments, villas) for lease and sale across key areas in Bahrain (e.g., Juffair, Seef, Amwaj, Um Al Hassam). Conduct professional property viewings with potential tenants and buyers. Negotiate lease terms and pricing in accordance with landlord guidelines. 2\. Property Management \& Tenant Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners for assigned managed units. Handle move\-in and move\-out inspections (snagging lists, inventory check). Coordinate routine property maintenance, urgent repairs, and vendor management (plumbers, electricians, cleaning staff). Ensure timely collection of rent and lease renewals. 3\. Client Acquisition \& Marketing Maintain and update property listings on local portals, social media, and the company website.
