Then come to our "Insanely Customer Centric" Team and become a Certified International Specialist! **ROLE PURPOSE:** To perform and coordinate ACS sorting operations at Bahrain Hub (ACS BAH), ensuring cargo is processed accurately, safely, and in compliance with DHL operational standards. Support the achievement of departmental objectives through effective problem solving, process compliance, and operational coordination. **YOUR TASKS:** * Perform ACS sorting activities according to shift requirements and operational priorities. * Ensure all operational control and network tracking activities are completed accurately and within established timelines to achieve operational targets. * Maintain compliance with ACS operational processes for inbound, outbound, and transit shipments. * Sort, prepare, and hand over ACS cargo and PPWK shipments to relevant departments, Ground Handling Agents (GHA), or third\-party service providers. * Coordinate with Bahrain Hub H\&G teams regarding outbound ACS loads and ETS requirements. * Record and maintain accurate shipment data in OCNT and other DHL operational systems within prescribed service standards. * Perform cargo reloading activities in accordance with instructions and GSOP procedures. * Ensure correct ULD build\-up and cargo palletization in compliance with safety and operational requirements. * Ensure all ACS shipments are loaded, secured, and handled safely in accordance with DHL operational, safety, and security procedures. * Identify, report, and document damaged shipments immediately, ensuring such shipments are segregated and stored safely for repacking, investigation, or further processing. * Support operational improvement initiatives and departmental KPIs. * Assist with training and guidance of new team members when required. * Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other operational departments according to business requirements. **YOUR PROFILE:** * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in logistics, cargo handling, warehouse operations, or express transportation. * Must have Forklift license. * Knowledge of cargo handling and ULD build\-up procedures. * Good communication Skills. * Good PC Skills. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. * Good problem\-solving and decision\-making skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. **OUR OFFER:** * Strong career support in an international environment. * Great culture and colleagues. * Multifarious benefit programm.
