Interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics 3. 3+ years of hands-on MIG/ARC Welder experience Roles \& Responsibilities * Execute precise TIG and ARC welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys, adhering strictly to blueprints and technical specifications. * Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance for optimal performance and safety. * Inspect welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to industry standards, performing necessary repairs or adjustments. * Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine weld requirements and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in welding is highly advantageous. * Demonstrate 3\+ years of hands\-on experience as a MIG/ARC Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. * Proven ability to weld diverse materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and potentially exotic alloys.
