**Job Purpose:** Responsible for leading, overseeing, and ensuring successful delivery of multiple IT projects within scope, cost, quality, and time constraints. This role is specifically aligned with the **Treasury department**, requiring strong knowledge of treasury operations and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage end\-to\-end IT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). * Develop project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and communication strategies. * Assign, guide, and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. * Identify project risks, dependencies, and conflicts; implement mitigation plans. * Manage changes in scope, budgets, and schedules, ensuring business value delivery. * Oversee vendor, stakeholder, and cross\-department collaboration. * Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI\-ACP). * **10\+ years’ direct experience in Treasury Application implementation** projects. * Strong background in both technical and business project management. * Experience managing **Agile and Waterfall projects**, including transitions to Agile. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments. * Skilled in conflict resolution, problem\-solving, and risk management. * Familiarity with project management tools/software. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Timely and on\-budget project delivery. * Effective communication of progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. * Minimal variance between planned vs. actual cost and schedule.
