





**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management, with preference given to candidates with fit\-out experience. A PMP certification will be considered an advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction and fit\-out projects. * Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high\-quality completion. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues. * Ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and local regulations. * Monitor progress, prepare reports, and mitigate risks to avoid delays. * Drive cost control and value engineering throughout project lifecycle. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction project management (fit\-out preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. * Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. * PMP certification is an advantage. **Package:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Company car, petrol, and mobile provided. * Incentives for every successfully completed project.
