The Technical Delivery Director (TDD) is responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and execution of all projects within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that all technical aspects of projects align with business objectives. The TDD will lead a team of technical professionals, drive excellence in project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of high\-quality solutions that meet client needs. **Requirements** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 10\+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a similar field. * Proven track record of leading teams in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget. * Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate the team. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with cloud technologies and implementations. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile principles. * Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus. * Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
